Passenger Service Agents – Gran Canaria

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking friendly and passionate individuals to join their Overseas Ground Operations Team in Gran Canaria as Passenger Service Agents (PSAs). As a PSA, you will be responsible for supervising the Third-party handler throughout the customer journey at the airport and ensuring that an effective and friendly service is delivered, in line with the company’s brand values.

Your role will involve meeting customers in the arrivals hall, ensuring prompt delivery of their baggage, and assisting them with the check-in process before their return journey. You will provide supervisory support to the Third-party handler, ensuring that they deliver a warm and friendly check-in service, issue boarding passes, and follow safety and security procedures. Additionally, you will assist at the boarding gates and work with Jet2.com colleagues to ensure on-time departure.

To succeed in this role, you must have a bubbly and friendly personality, a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a “Happy to Help” attitude. You should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Spanish. You must be flexible to work rotational shifts and ideally have previous experience handling customer queries.
