Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and accurate allocation and loading of baggage onto the correct aircraft from the Bag Hall, as well as driving airside vehicles on the Ramp to transport baggage items to the correct aircraft, while meeting set Service Level Agreements. You will work closely with our Ramp Agent teams to load the aircraft safely, following safety instructions and weight & balance parameters, and unload inbound baggage items and ensure correct distribution onto Baggage Carousels. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to work in all weather conditions and involves loading high volumes of items weighing up to 32kg on every shift. Candidates must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence and pass a Medical administered by the airport to work safely in an Airside environment and operate our vehicles.

This role is available on a 30 hour per week basis, with the option to increase to 37.5 hours between 1st June and 30th September, on a Permanent Seasonal contract. Our Permanent Seasonal Contracts have a short rest period in between our busy Winter and Summer seasons, and you will work a rolling rostered shift pattern (for example, 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off).
