As a Customer Helper – Passenger Service Agent, your role will be to provide excellent customer service to our passengers at the airport. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, checking them in for their flights, issuing boarding passes, checking passports and documents, and following necessary safety and security procedures. You will also be responsible for assisting at the boarding gates and working alongside other Jet2.com team members, such as Dispatchers, Cabin Crew, and Flight Deck colleagues, to ensure that flights depart safely and on time.

As a representative of our brand, it will be essential that you maintain a professional and friendly approach with every customer, making them feel like VIPs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a smooth and safe journey through the airport and welcoming them back upon their return.

This role is available on a permanent seasonal basis for 30 hours per week with the option to increase to 37.5 hours between 1st June and 30th September. Our permanent seasonal contracts have a short rest period between our busy Winter and Summer seasons. You will work on a rolling rostered shift pattern, for example, 3 days on and 3 days off, and rosters will be issued four weeks in advance.
