Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking Dispatchers to join their Overseas Ground Operations Team in Malaga. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft depart in compliance with Company and legal requirements. Effective communication with all teams and crews involved in the aircraft departure and the coordination of dispatch and load control operations will also be your responsibility. In addition, you will be an ambassador for the company’s safety-first culture, driving this culture through every aspect of your work, and supporting the business to deliver on-time performance targets and VIP service to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and bubbly personality, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience. They will be driven to go above and beyond for customers, have a high degree of personal effectiveness in managing their own workload, and be confident in taking responsibility for decision making. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish are essential. Candidates must also have a flexible approach and a “Happy to Help” attitude at all times. Previous turnaround supervisory experience would be ideal, but not essential. A type B Driving License is also required.
